Do You Have a Physical Store?
We do not have a dedicated physical store at this time.

Are Your Item's Authentic?
Every item is authenticated and examined before being made available for purchase. We also include several quality photos and detailed descriptions on for each item, so you can shop with confidence.

Do You Ship Internationally?
We do ship internationally! Please message through Grailed, Ebay, Depop or Instagram for shipping rates.

Can I Use A Separate Shipping And Billing Address?

You're expected to have a billing address and shipping address that are the same. This helps us prevent fraud or use of a stolen card. However, there is still the option to change the billing address. If there is discrepancy you may be contacted or refunded.

Why Was My Order Canceled? 
Orders can be cancelled for two reasons: Fraudulent order: Due to the nature of our business we have a fraud prevention system to filter out potentially fraudulent orders. If your order is flagged by our system it is reviewed manually. The review process may involve us trying to contact you for proof of matching billing address on your ID. If your order is determined to be fraudulent your items will be refunded and it can take 3-5 business days for your credit card provider to credit you. Out of stock: We have many of our items listed on multiple platforms to be sold. We sell on a first come first serve basis. If a buyer purchased and item before you on a different platform then they will receive the item. This occurs rarely, but if it does then you will be contacted via email and be refunded. Once a refund is given it can take 3-5 business days for your credit card provider to credit you.

How Do I Sell My Clothing?
You may send us an email at Sales@definitehype.com with the subject "Sell", or direct message us through Instagram @definitehype.
You must include the item's name, size, condition, and all known flaws. If you are not able to meet in person, then you are required to ship.

How Do I Trade My Clothing?
To make a trade please contact us through email at Sales@definitehype.com, and make the subject "Trade" or direct message us through Instagram @definitehype.
You must include the item's name, size, condition, and all known flaws. If you are not available to meet in person, then you must ship your items of trade first, and upon arrival we will examine and ship the items you would like to you.
